We provide a range of nutritious and tailored food options to help you maintain independence in your own home.
We can provide support with daily household chores like sweeping, dishes, cleaning the bathroom.
We can mow, sweep, dig, prune, weed and more!
We can hammer, hinge, hook, even hang to help you keep the roof over your head.
We offer skilled health support delivered at your home to manage health conditions.
We offer safe, comfortable and low-cost transportation from Kendenup and Mount Barker to our Hub every Wednesday and Thursday. Call Wendy on 0313 873 902 the night before or earlier if possible, to arrange your pick up.
We are working on creating an online booking system so access to our services is easy to do from home.
The Hub is open for meals and fun on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with plenty happening outside of these hours too.
The Hub has easy parking just behind the Plantagenet Town Hall.
It's great having help in the home, and I enjoy the company too.
